WASD or arrow keys to drive. Space to drift.
C changes camera. R returns you to the road.
Escape pauses. Gamepad: triggers to drive, left stick to steer, A to drift.

On touchscreens, use the on-screen pedals and steering buttons. Landscape gives you the best view.
